LNP slides in the polls but still tops Labor

THE Newman Government has experienced a slide in the polls but still reigns above Labor across the board

According to a Galaxy Poll for News Limited, the LNP's primary vote is at 43% - a drop of 6.7% since their March election win.

Labor's primary support was 34%.

The LNP also has it over Labor on a two-party preferred basis leading 55% to Labor's 45%.

The poll was complied last week.
